The Footlogix spa pedicure method for you, at home:

1. Remove nail polish. Spray Footlogix onto the foot to deodorize the feet and eliminate bacteria.
2. In a warm water footbath, soak the feet for up to 10 minutes using 1 teaspoon, or one pump of Footlogix Foot Soak. [For DIABETICS - soak feet for only 5 minutes.]
3. While soaking feet, spray Shoe Deodorant Spray into your shoes to kill all bacteria, so that you has clean, fresh shoes after your home pedicure.
4. Dry feet completely before continuing.
   
5. Apply Footlogix Callus Off spray around toenails (in place of cuticle remover) and onto calluses.
   Allow Footlogix Callus Off  to penetrate approximately 2-3 minutes.
6. Cut, file and clean around the toenails while Footlogix Callus Off is softening and penetrating the calluses.
7. Clean around nails as usual. Apply more Footlogix Callus Off  if necessary (thick toenails, etc).
8. Remove calluses on the sole — apply more Footlogix Callus Off as needed.
   (Footlogix Callus Off® works best if allowed to soak into the callus for 2 - 3 minutes).
   For extra calluses apply second application. Do not re-soak.
9. Repeat with other foot.
   
10. Once pedicure is completed, massage your feet with Footlogix Professional Massage Formula  for legs and feet.
11. Wipe nails and apply polish.
    
12. Note: No need to rinse or wash Footlogix Callus Off as it benefits the skin.
